A special talk by University of Washington's Evan Sugden on his bee course's mission to find ways that small groups of beekeepers could pool resources to purify their own wax and re-establish a healthy environment for their bees. If successful, the benefits might stimulate the entire wax industry to begin to purify wax on a larger scale, which it has been unwilling to do so far.
