We Love the Bees

7:00pm

A special talk by University of Washington's Evan Sugden on his bee course's mission to find ways that small groups of beekeepers could pool resources to purify their own wax and re-establish a healthy environment for their bees. If successful, the benefits might stimulate the entire wax industry to begin to purify wax on a larger scale, which it has been unwilling to do so far.

Followed by the screening of the film Vanishing of the Bees (8pm)

Join us for the unveiling of our new cocktail created by Julia Hughes - where a portion of this drinks sales will be donated towards various organizations focused on helping to save the bees.

Now a mere ten years later Jones is, "Playing at the skill level that legends are made of." Ayron Jones (Guitar/Vox)
